Shipping & Returns
All greeting cards are protected with a clear cello sleeve, and packed in a flat, sturdy mailer. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to pack and ship your order (domestic and international).
Domestic Orders: We ship all orders from Los Angeles through USPS First Class Mail. Most packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from our ship date. It could take up to 10 business days depending on your location and the season. A tracking number will be provided to you and can be viewed on the USPS website. Packages are not insured unless you request insurance at the time of your purchase.
If you need expedited shipping, please let us know! We are happy to ship Priority Mail for an additional charge.
International Orders: We ship overseas through USPS First Class Mail International. Unfortunately, tracking numbers are not provided. We cannot guarantee delivery dates either, as orders can be unexpectedly held up in customs. Transit times will vary, but typically orders will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Please note that your country may charge additional customs duty, VAT (Value Added Taxes), and/or import taxes. If these fees are applied to your package, Yeppie Paper will not be held responsible to pay those charges.
Our top priority is to make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not for any reason, please let us know. You may send back your order within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund once we receive the order in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order gets lost or damaged in transit, or if the wrong item was shipped to you by accident, we will send a replacement free of charge using the original shipping method.
If you do not receive your order but the USPS claims that it was delivered properly, we will send a replacement but kindly ask that you cover the additional shipping cost.
